In this session, you’ll explore how communication styles impact relationship-building and learn essential skills to enhance your professional interactions. Designed for educators, youth workers, and counselors, this training emphasizes trauma-informed and healing-centered communication techniques. Participants will learn key skills such as reflective listening, empathetic engagement, and de-escalation strategies. Additionally, the session will cover ways to improve clarity in both written and verbal communication.
