New York State School-Age Care Credential Competency Standards for Afterschool Professionals

Initially developed by Afterschool Works! New York to evaluate a candidate's performance with children and families during the school-age care credentialing process, these competency standards can also be used to articulate the roles and responsibilities of after-school professionals, guide performance evaluations and inform professional development efforts.
